Cancellation Policy

All prices are starting prices and may vary depending on event type, date, location, performance length, setup requirements, travel, production needs and special requests. A confirmed quote will be provided after your enquiry. A deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellation & Booking Policy All bookings with Tunney are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a deposit has been received. Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. This deposit covers administration, preparation, planning, communication, song preparation where applicable, and turning away other potential bookings for your selected date. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed due date before the event, unless otherwise arranged in writing. Client Cancellations If you need to cancel your booking, written notice must be provided as soon as possible. The following cancellation terms apply: More than 30 days before event - Deposit is retained. No further cancellation fee applies. 14–30 days before event - 50% of the total booking fee is payable. 7–13 days before event - 75% of the total booking fee is payable. Less than 7 days before event - 100% of the total booking fee is payable. Rescheduling Where possible, Tunney will work with you to reschedule your booking to a new available date. If the event is rescheduled more than 30 days before the original date, the deposit may be transferred to the new date, subject to availability. If the event is rescheduled within 30 days of the event, additional fees may apply. Only one date transfer is permitted unless otherwise agreed in writing. Weather & Outdoor Events For outdoor events, the client must provide a safe, dry, covered performance area with access to power. If weather conditions make it unsafe to perform, including rain, extreme heat, high winds, electrical risk, or unsafe ground conditions, Tunney reserves the right to stop, delay, or cancel the performance. Cancellation due to weather is treated as a client cancellation unless an agreed wet-weather backup option has been arranged. Venue, Power & Safety Requirements The client is responsible for ensuring the venue has appropriate access, performance space, power supply, and any necessary permissions for live entertainment. Tunney reserves the right to refuse or stop a performance if the environment is unsafe, abusive, threatening, excessively intoxicated, or unsuitable for professional performance.
